Brick animation

Dummy page about brick animation, to be used when making new bricks.

Change Neightbour plugin animation is tied to the animation of the host brick. If the host brick has one frame of animation, this will cause a flickering effect. Add dummy frames to fix this problem.

The exact animation sequence will hopefully be posted here someday.
